All bouquets are made to order, therefore your bouquet will be despatched on your chosen delivery service on the next working day after we receive your order.
If the bouquet is being delivered to the LE postcode area, delivery will be just £4.00 and will be carried out by hand. We will normally deliver the next day after your order is placed. Deliveries can take place on Saturday and Sunday. Please tell us if you would like the bouquet delivered at a certain time or on a certain day, or if the delivery address is only open at certain times. Occasionally, if an order is placed before 1pm, we can deliver the same day, but please contact us to check if this is available.
We use a courier, usually DHL, to despatch bouquets to all other areas of England and a number of shipping options are available, e.g. 24hr, 48hr, Saturday. If you require delivery on a certain day, please select that option and we will arrange delivery to take place on that day.
Please remember that your goods will not be despatched until the next working day after you place your order, due to the time taken to make your bouquet. Occasionally, if your order is placed before 11:30am, we may be able to despatch your item on the same day. Please call us to check availability.
Deliveries only take place Monday to Friday (unless Saturday delivery is selected). The tables below should help you work out when your bouquet will arrive using our 24hr and 48hr services:

For 24 and 48 hour services, we generally use DHL @Home. If you miss the courier, he will leave a card through your door with his personal mobile number on. You can then contact the courier directly to arrange a re-delivery. Since deliveries can take place up to 9pm, he may be able to come back the same day to deliver your bouquet to you.
All other couriers we use, will leave a card and will either require you to re-arrange delivery with them or collect from their depot.
Couriers will not generally leave your package with a neighbour so it is important to get your bouquet delivered to an address where someone will be in to receive it.
Most couriers are unable to offer a guaranteed delivery time to certain 'remote' areas of the UK and shipping rates may vary. If you know your recipient is in one of these areas, please contact us in advance to discuss shipping times and rates. If an order is placed for delivery to an area classified as 'remote' we will contact you to advise of any surcharges that may apply.
We can also arrange delivery to other areas of the UK, Europe and the USA, shipping rates available on request.
